My team envisioned an app for college students that was essentially a combination of Reddit, Facebook Market Place, Instagram and Snapchat.
We wanted to consolidate the key features of these apps into a single resource for college students; functioning as the "non-academic Canvas" this app is a one stop shop for all information related to campus life.
"What bars are better for a more chill vibe?"
"Where are good restaurants I can take my parents?"
"Which bus route is better to get to my building?"
"Is anyone selling old textbooks for this class?"
We used Figma to create a wireframe prototype of our application. We wanted to make the flow similar to that of popular social media apps, so that the navigation felt intuitive to our natural users

Based on our wireframes, my team and I began designing the internal architecture of our program. We defined the core data structures and modeled how they will interact with one another.
We aligned backend & frontend duties to develop the foundational skeleton of our interface, prior to implementing full functionality. Each team member executed work on their personal branch, consistently merging
